In 2013, I was diagnosed with a chronic illness, and it became the turning point in my life. Through fitness, nutrition, and a complete mindset shift, I took control of my health—and it inspired me to help others do the same.
Before becoming a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I was an industrial engineer. I translated my drive and passion for engineering and improving complex systems to improving the human body. I don’t believe in extreme diets or unrealistic goals. I’ve been where you are, and I know how challenging it can be to prioritize your health when life gets busy. That’s why I take a holistic, sustainable approach. I founded 2PiFit with a mission to help busy professional women break free from quick fixes and create lasting change.

Coach Nancy is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a deep passion for fitness and healthy living. Starting her career as a group fitness instructor, she quickly realized her desire to make a greater impact and became a personal trainer. At 2PiFit, she helps clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that go beyond physical transformation. Nancy believes fitness is about more than just looking good—it’s about feeling strong, energized, and empowered. When she’s not coaching, she loves spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors, and diving into a good book.
With a degree in Exercise Science and over a decade of experience, Coach Matt is dedicated to helping clients reach their fitness goals through personalized, science-backed training. Whether you’re a beginner building healthy habits or an athlete pushing for peak performance, his expertise in strength training, functional fitness, and injury prevention ensures a tailored approach to your needs. Coach Leilani brings a powerhouse combination of education and hands-on experience to 2pifit’s Strength & Conditioning programs for female youth athletes. With a double major in Exercise Science and Strength & Conditioning from The University of Findlay, she’s worked with a wide range of collegiate athletes, helping them build strength, agility, and confidence. Her passion lies in empowering young female athletes to develop the skills, resilience, and mindset needed to excel in their sport.
