What You’ll Be Tasked With:

  • Perform initial and monthly fitness and nutrition assessments. 

  • Create fitness and nutrition plans tailored to client needs, and coach clients through their journey.

  • Demonstrate proper exercise instruction. This includes providing proper coaching, instruction and motivation during a training session. 

  • Track client progress.

  • Provide ongoing nutrition and fitness education. 

  • Assist in maintaining, cleaning, and resupplying consumables for the facility. 

  • Follow all health and safety regulations when working with equipment.

Outcomes You’ll Produce:

  • Excellent Trainer Satisfaction and Customer Feedback ratings (reviewed quarterly)

  • Referrals, online reviews, and package upgrades (reviewed monthly)

  • Maintain 85% member renewal rate or higher

Minimum Training/Skills Required: 

  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications

  • Degree in kinesiology or exercise physiology or personal trainer certification from a nationally accredited certification; ex. NASM, ACE, etc.

  • Nutrition coaching certification or equivalent degree or experience 

  • Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Pluses:

  • Sales experience

  • Experience with Bridgeathetic, Wellness Living, Google Docs

  • Experience working with small groups in a fitness facility environment

  • Certified NASM Personal Trainer

  • Certified PN1 Nutrition Coach
